Pizza a la parrilla

La receta de las pizzas es muy sencilla y práctica de hacer. Las podemos preparar con distintas variedades combinando salsa, quesos y los vegetales que más te gusten o los que tengas a mano.

Ingredientes
  

Ingredientes para la masa de pizza

  • 1 kg Harina 000
  • 25 grs. Levadura Se puede utilizar la que viene en polvo. 11g. está bien.
  • 50 ml Aceite de Oliva Se puede usar el de girasol o maíz
  • 10 grs. Sal fina
  • 500 ml Agua tibia

Salsa

  • 1 caja Puré de tomates
  • c/n Sal
  • 4 dientes Ajo
  • 1 cda Orégano
  • 1 pizca Ají molido

Para preparar la pizza

  • 300 g Muzzarella o queso fresco por pizza
  • 100 g Queso parmesano
  • 5 Aceitunas Negras o verdes por pizza
  • ¼ kg Tomates Cherry se puede usar tomates peritas o redondos
  • 1 planta Rúcula

Elaboración paso a paso
 

Masa para pizza a la parrilla

  • En el agua tibia ponemos la levadura para que se disuelva. Podemos agregar una pizca de azúcar para acelerar el proceso de activación.
  • En un recipiente ponemos la harina. Le hacemos un hueco. En el borde ponemos la sal fina. En el centro agregamos el aceite y el agua con la levadura.
  • Mezclamos bien hasta lograra una masa homogénea.
  • Pasamos la mezcla a la mesada y amasamos bien. Tapamos la masa con un repasador o mantel y dejamos reposar por 1 hora. Tiene que leudar al doble se su tamaño.
  • Dividimos la masa en cuatro y hacemos bollos. Dejamos reposar 30 minutos hasta que tome el doble del tamaño.

Salsa

  • Picar la cebolla y el ajo.
  • En una sartén calentar el aceite, agregar la cebolla picada, el ajo, la sal, el ají molido y el orégano. Cuando la cebolla comienza a caramelizar agregar el puré de tomates y cocinar por 15 minutos.
  • La salsa se puede preparar sin cocinar. En un bol poner el puré de tomates agregar el orégano, el ají molido, la sal y un chorrito de aceite. Mezclar bien. Listo.

Preparamos la parrilla

  • Prender el fuego. Distribuir las brasas debajo de la parrilla.
  • La parrilla debe estar bien caliente para que la masa no se pegue.
  • Tip: Pasamos una servilleta de papel untada con aceite sobre los hierros del emparrillado. Esto, más el calor de las brasas va a evitar que la pizza se pegue.

¿Cómo hacer pizza a la parrilla?

  • Aplastamos los bollos para desagasificar. Con un palo de amasar estiramos la masa y le damos forma a la pizza (ovalada o redonda) depende de la tamaño de la parrilla. La ponemos sobre el emparrillado.
  • Cuando este dorada la damos vuelta. Ahora agregamos la salsa el queso y los ingredientes y combinaciones que más nos guste.

5 variedades de pizzas a la parrilla

  • Opción 1 : Salsa, mozzarella, queso parmesano, tomates cherry, aceitunas.
  • Opción 2: Salsa, mozzarella, queso parmesano, tomates cherry, rúcula.
  • Opción 3: Salsa, Jamón cocido, mozzarella, aceitunas
  • Opción 4: Salsa, mozzarella, anchoas y aceitunas
  • Opción: 5: Salsa, mozzarella, queso fontina, parmigiano reggiano y queso azul.
  • Para que la mozzarella y el queso se derritan más rápido podemos tapar la pizza con una fuente asadera.
  • Cuando la pizza este lista. Rociar con aceite de oliva. Servir y acompañar con una cerveza bien fría.
