La parrilla de Ñuke, modeloParaná, viene con dos sectores, uno para el emparrillado con tapa y otro para el fogón, ambos claramente diferenciados, para lograr así, una mejor organización de las tareas del asador.

En este modelo, además de hacer un buen asado, ofrece la posibilidad de cocinar otros platos con la plancha Ñuke o un Wok que se puede colocar sobre el brasero.

Caracteristicas

Todo el interior de la parrilla viene cubierto con ladrillos refractarios. Incluye un termómetro para controlar la temperatura del fuego para el asado.

El emparrillado esta construido con hierro redondo enlozado, esto permite una mejor sabor de la carne y al final una mejor limpieza del producto.

La parrilla Paraná rodante viene con un carro de cuatro patas de hierro, de las cuales dos tienen ruedas, que facilitan su movilidad. Las otras dos funcionan como freno. También evita que la parrilla se mueva mientras se hace el asado.

La parrilla Paraná viene con una manija de traslado en el costado derecho del modelo, que por sus medidas (Ancho 91,8 cm: Alto: 110,7 cm; Profundidad: 49,4 cm.), es fácilmente transportable.

La parrilla trae un estante de madera en la parte inferior del carro que sirve para poner distintos accesorios para preparar el asado, o para guardar la bolsa de carbón o leña.
